It’s all about problem-solving. While quantitative data might be an indicator of a problem, finding the solution usually requires deeper investigation. I start by asking “why” to uncover the motivations, values, and beliefs that our target audience holds.

Using audience and user research, I develop strategies that bridge communication gaps between businesses and users. Then I design content that brings clarity and consistency to each touchpoint along the way.

Sustainable growth is a journey of continuous learning. I measure success against specific KPIs to determine where we should pivot, what’s working (or isn’t), and how we can optimize our communication to improve the customer journey.
